Oasis Technologies began life in 1989 as a computer supply business. Started by Mark Ward as he attended the University of Washington because he'd always wanted to run a business, was into computers, and imagined that many of the other students on campus were also interested in discount computer supplies, such as floppy disks and printer ribbons.

We are very excited to announce in the coming months we will be introducing several of the products we've been developing in house. These products all provide services to clients in a subscription model where they pay a low monthly fee to use the products we're developing. We believe very strongly in this model. Primarily, it allows our clients to get the best we have; any time we add features or otherwise improve our software, our clients are immediately able to take advantage of it without downloading or installing upgrades.

This model also allows rapid addition and improvement to our products. If we receive comments from several users suggesting a new feature or alerting us to a problem, we can immediately tackle it, and the results will again be available to all as soon as they are added to our website, with no waiting for downloads, and no purchasing new versions.
